RCFPA needs your help to defray the everyday expenses of caring for foster children in the system.  Foster parents receive less than half the cost of boarding a small dog in a kennel for their monthly stipend for caring for the children.  And that does not include the cost of food for the dog!  Help the organization that does so much for the foster parents - who do so much for the unfortunate situation our children find themselves in.  Help us to relieve the foster parent's need to worry about the rising expenses - and allow them to worry about taking care of the children.  RCFPA is a 501c3 organization.
